Our room was air conditioned and bright, offered with TV, floors # 1 to 3, as for instance. Everything was good, the staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating. The location was good and excellent close to Trenchetto station. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Santa Croce district.

I booked great value and a decent size room with a small balcony and a TV set. The location was magnificent and incredible for getting around, as a bus stop was close to the hotel.

Everything was perfect and met requests. The venue was fairly clean and the staff were extremely friendly and excellent. The location was excellent and amazing - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. Also, such main attraction as St James's Park was 2 km from this hotel. The venue room was air-conditioned and great value with balcony and nicely appointed bathroom plus failing WIFI.

We thoroughly enjoyed being there and would love to go back. Had a just perfect stay of 2-3 nights. Magnificent and wonderful location just what we needed, it was close to a bus station. The restaurant was good and the food was delicious!

We loved the guest room which was bright with terrace. Had coffee/tea making facilities and fridges at our disposal.

Everything met the demands, had a very pleasant stay for a short visit. Location: the hotel was not far from the Vaporetto, the Campos with excellant shopping, the train station / water bus stop and a "cheap" cafe.

I had really really nice days staying at this traditional hotel. The location was good and excellent for Venice, really close to the Vaporetto as well as the train station / water bus stop. Santa Croce district was worth visiting.

I could see street from the guest room. The bathroom was nicely appointed with a shower, a hair dryer, and fresh towels.

My child and I liked being there. Terrace was perfect for breakfast. Last time I stopped I had an air-conditioned, nice cosy room with aircon.

The hotel was placed in the very central location in good safe neighborhood with excellent eateries close by. What's more, it was just next door to train station, and the center of Venice.

The place was reasonably priced. Booked it for 3 days and had a very good experience. Design of the rooms looked nice, rooms themselves were air-conditioned and warm. The location was unbeatable, around 10-15 minutes walk from Palazzo Cavalli-Franchetti. There were restaurants and bars nearby. The service was terrific during my stay.

The place was fairly clean, I booked the queen room with street views, everything was good. The location was marvellous, not too far from a museum gallery. Loved to hang out in the centre, it's a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

I loved the room with a view, the bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel was quiet, really close to the venezian student area which was a huge bonus for nightlife.

An intimate and picturesque hotel, my first choice in Venice. Fairly clean place with amicable and accommodating staff. Wonderful restaurant.

peaceful location to different areas, in the calm area. situated only 1 km from an art museum. appetising meals.

we think its a superb base for staying in venice. we loved the local cuisine in the restaurant. besides, free wi fi worked flawlessly.

We liked NICE location and comfort. Al Sole, where you can eat, is just walking distance from the hotel. All in all they offer friendly service.

Our hotel was in front of tourist sites such as grand canal. Free WiFi was working perfectly:)))
