The staff were courteous, doing great job. Overall it was luxurious, with a private bathroom. Perfect service was provided.

Loved our classic king room with a balcony. This accommodation had a very central setting right in the centre. Besides, we wanted to visit Edinburgh Castle, that was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

The location was particularly good and excellent, just next door to the restaurant below, both Rialto bridge and Piazza San Marco and even Burger king and Mc Donalds are 5mins walk and the train station and city landmarks and easily accessible. Madame Tussauds London was also not too far away from the hotel.

The room was a nice size with with decent bed, a large windowed bathroom plus nice views, had good night sleep. Having a hair dryer, a bidet, and bath sheets was a bonus.

I stayed here during the city break and loved it. The property was fairly clean and quirky! The location was marvellous - ease of access to Santi Apostoli Church.

I just want to say thank you! All is excellent, I had a nice city break. Plus, the location is marvellous, minutes from an ornate footbridge. The area is main touristic just next door to trains and tram lines, central Venice and such a central area. The double room is new-fashioned and luxurious.

Incredible and wonderful position in the pretty area, adjacent to San Marco and Point De Rialto, and the main tourist attractions. Again, not far from a centuries-old market.
