The hotel had amazing location just next door to restaurants, all restaurant and historical monuments and all attractions;)))

Enjoyed our 1 night here. The nice and amiable staff gave us a beautifully decorated room after a long flight. The setting was excellent, near tourist attractions and train/bus stops, train station, and restaurants. Cannaregio district was worth exploring.

We had the standard queen room which was well decorated with the most comfortable bed of my trip so far. The location was particularly good, not too far from an ornate footbridge. You could walk to supermarkets and shops.

Thoroughly enjoyed the standard queen room I had with TV, AC and kitchen.

The location was excellent and fantastic for first time visitors to Venice. I spent 2 nights and would definitely return here.

When I am in Venice, I like staying here. It is a quiet hotel, I enjoyed air conditioned rooms and incredible location. Quiet vibe, the staff is very helpful.

This hotel met needs well in every way, can recommend. Everything was good during 2 days, thoroughly enjoyed its good and excellent location not far from restaurant and historical monuments. Last time I stopped, had beautifully decorated and big size room with the most comfortable bed of my trip so far. The stuff was amicable, and requests where handled quickly.

Great and magnificent setting in the great area, close enough to all restaurant and historical monuments, all the main tourist attractions, and the cafe across the street. Besides, excellent for visiting a historic canal bridge.

The location of the hotel was great and incredible - at a short distance from an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge. The personnel was nice and affable. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a refrigerator, a microwave oven and climate control inside the room...

The staff is affable and great, and the owner too. The location is absolutely perfect as it's next to teatro italia, restaurant, and airport. Need to be mentioned that there were a wide range of restaurants to eat, like Ristorante Due Fratelli that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 2 nights, nonetheless everything was good. The location was particularly good and magnificent: a supermarket and shops were within walking distance. A railway station was located minutes from the venue.

The room was nicely decorated and air conditioned with the most comfortable bed of my trip so far, we were happy about that. The location was unbeatable, near to St Marks square, and all restaurant and easily accessible.
