Relaxing room with a toilet in the hallway and absolutely fantastic breakfast. Nice decoration. Wonderful location to the private water taxi that staff arranged to take us to the airport and kind staff.

The standard room was brand-new, included shower facilities and a hairdryer. The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable, offered very good services. Had perfect location in the heart of the city. Besides, the hotel was 3 km away from a world-famous museum.

The staff is superbly friendly, amiable. The rooms are bright and air-conditioned and complete with 2single beds and spacious bathroom plus nice design.

Its location is great away from the obvious tourist places. It's next to the charming square of Santa Maria Formosa, a gondola and restaurants in a quiet spot.

Tastefully decorated rooms were brand-new, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was freshly prepared with wonderful coffee and scrambled eggs, as for instance, liked it. The accommodation had a central location on the waters edge of the Grand Canal.

The rooms were perfect and immaculate with a separating curtain, nice design and a single bathroom.

That elevator was missing.

Appreciated the location, it was amazing and magnificent very close to many excellent cafe / bars, the beautifully charismatic Herceg Novi old town and center of crowdy Veneza. Also, Buckingham Palace was 2 km away.

This hotel had a central position near shops and restaurants. And it was also just off a canal as well as Saint Mark's Square👌

The rooms were extremely spacious with a patio with very comfy beds. The staff made our stay nice - they are outstandingly accommodating people. The location was great and incredible - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

Too bad that we didn't have time, but we would definitely return. The location was unbeatable for traveling around Venice, so close to all the popular places, and a 5 km promenade. Plus, a grand showpiece square was within a close distance from the hotel.

The breakfast was fresh and well organised with a good choice of dishes to choose from. Its location in Venice was perfect, not far from restaurants and bars, all the popular places and the main sights like St Mark's square or Rialto Bridge. We saw a Baroque marble palace, that's not too far away from the venue.

It offers good services. The breakfast is fantastic and very very good, has many choices.

The location in a pretty quiet area was great and there were supermarkets and shops nearby. Also, the hotel was at a medium distance from an ornate footbridge.

Marvellous and stunning position in the great area, near to San Marco and the Rialto, bars and restaurants and a square, shops and eateries. Again, not far from a grand showpiece square.

The stay at this charming small hotel was a perfect one. We had a silent standard queen room and a freshly prepared and varied breakfast. The location was good and excellent, and we could reach a Gothic church by walking. Besides, it was very close to sights and taxis, the canals and the Rialto bridge and St Marks Square.

Location: the hotel was just off bars and restaurants in a quiet spot, good, cheaper restaurants away from the obvious tourist places and airport early morning. It also was very close to the square.

The hotel was located adjacent to good, cheaper restaurants away from the obvious tourist places, bars and restaurants in a quiet spot and the private water taxi. Very good service, although a few employees were aggressive. We got a room with a bath.

The location was marvellous - close enough to the main sights like St Mark's square, the centre of Venice and the Rialto good restaurants nearby. Lovely bed, room was comfortable, with a pretty nice and small balcony, and climate control.

Amazing location to where the water taxis were. Based so close to the Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square, the charming square and the island.

I greatly enjoyed sleeping 2 nights in this hotel. The rooms were air conditioned with a terrace and the breakfast was incredible.

The location was incredible, and the great breakfast was offered. There's Enoiteca Mascareta with nice shots a short walk to the venue. Besides, free Wi Fi is a bonus.

Also, free WiFi was provided.

The location was WONDERFUL, with Osteria Ruga di Jaffa nearby. Here we could visit rialto bridge that was really close to the hotel.

We where next to some popular places like st marks basilica. The restaurant onsite was good!
