The hotel is exceptionally comfortable and tidy, the staff are amazingly nice, location is excellent very close to everything you need to see in Venice. Make sure you stay in the quintuple room with gondolas passing by below the window and balcony.

Everything was fine, including helpful staff and magnificent location easy to get to the main tourist areas. The breakfast had a huge variety of lovely food and drinks. Location: the hotel was next to the Rialto Bridge, and Nightlife. We stayed for 5 nights here, loved Cannaregio district.
