We had a spotless room with a walk-in shower.

The staff was very friendly, as well as host. The bedroom was neat and warm. An electric kettle, an air conditioning, and a personal safe available were an advantage. The location was excellent and unbeatable because it was short walk to the centre of Venice, supermarket, and cafes, bars, restaurants.

I had delicious food for breakfast with freshly baked croissants. Fantastic and stunning location, close to an innovative gallery, enjoyed it.

Greatly enjoyed my room, it was cosy and lovely with a private external bathroom. I had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge. The location was realy good, close to all interests.

We asked for double room and it was neat with private bathroom.

I truly enjoyed the breakfast food available in the terrace. Had excellent and perfect location close to public transport, quite a walk from Church Street. Moreover, it was so close to local restaurants as well as the airport.

The venue is fairly clean, with realy good location adjacent to main points, Venice, and main attractions. Food options are appetising. The family room is warm and has a private safe, a minibar, and a sofa bed. The staff are amicable, and the host too.

Overall the room is spacious, cosy and includes a terrace and coffee.

The hotel was fairly clean with amiable and amazing staff members. The property had a central position so close to ferry and supermarket, public transport and the centre. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved San Polo district. The whole experience was amazing.

The room was great-sized and having a safe, a mini-bar, and central heating in it was handy.

There was variety of food for breakfast, it was APPETISING. The room was big and quiet, good sleep in an exceptionally comfortable bed. Location: the hotel was just off local restaurants and ferry and supermarket.

The venue was lovely, I greatly enjoyed the location really close to local restaurants, main points and main attractions, and street views. The atmosphere created was quiet. Had a really really nice experience staying at the double room. It was incredibly comfortable and easy to move around, external bathroom. The location of the hotel was magnificent and perfect - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a wide canal. It also was close to public transport. Everything was simply perfect.
