This hotel is quaint with everything being excellent and good value. The property has a central location to everything in Venice. And it's nestled in a very pleasant building adjacent to airport or station, the major attractions and a vaporetto stop and the train station. All the staff members are extremely friendly and amiable. The food offer is local!

The location was fantastic - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The double room we stayed in was new-fashioned with views on venice roofs.

It has excellent and efficient staff and VERY NICE MODERN facilities. The location is unbeatable and nice, 2 km from an ornate footbridge.

Holiday base for exploring Venice. Beautiful small hotel in a cute area, walking distance to restaurants and trattorias. Particularly good location for our visit to a wide canal within walking distance of the venue. Close to the airport, 20 min drive. Local food and friendly service.

There is lots of local food for breakfast. Glad I took standard queen room, it was tastefully decorated and neat. The location is unbeatable and nice, to a bakery that turned out to be WONDERFUL😀

The location was comfortable and absolutely perfect, at a walking distance from an ornate footbridge. Comforts of huge and reasonably large double room with air conditioning were fabulous.

The hotel was in an excellent location, in a quiet square. Our room was standard sized with a view over city.

The bathroom was a little small.

The location a minute walk from city centre was unbeatable. There were great beds and air conditioner, a safe box, and a mini bar inside the room.

The staff we met were extremely unfriendly.

Huge and reasonably large room with air conditioning, comfortable bed, adequate bathroom, the staff was knowledgeable, whenever I needed help. The breakfast was great, had a wide array of food. A train station minute walk from the property was really handy. Good service was provided here.

Exquisite and quirky place if you stay for short stay. The location is absolutely perfect and excellent, right next to city centre. A train station is walk from the venue.

Actually, the room was good little and neat where the ceiling was slanting, it also had wake-up service. Every employee we encountered was excellent.
