Stunning fantastic location, in a quiet area yet close to st marks square. Comfortable bedroom.

Modest property, has excellent and efficient staff at all times. Compact queen room with balcony and good air conditioning. Metres from a bus station, easy to move around.

Came here for 3 nights with my family, had a wonderful stay. Booked twin/double room, that was provided with lovely view, romantic decoration plus the bedroom.

The room was compact with view towards the Zattere, bathroom, good air conditioning. The food was appetising, drinks were cool.

Their breakfast option with particularly lovely croissants and great coffee, for example is bountiful and reasonably good, put others we have been to shame! The building is lovely and the rooms are reasonably large and airy with the bedroom as well as view towards the Zattere.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Booked the room with our family for 3 nights and had a very nice stay. The service was marvellous with a fast check-in.

Appreciated my fairly nice stay during my visit. The location was magnificent and stunning: small supermarkets and a supermarket were within walking distance.

The breakfasts are particularly good in the hotel, with hot items, excellent pastries and freshly baked bread.

Sincerely, it was a relaxing stay during my visit. The food in the restaurant was appetising and the restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was bountiful and excellent, the check in was fast.

Its location is incredible, just off the Gallerie dell'Accademia, the Academy Bridge and a vaporetto stop.

Everything was fine, even so we stayed for 2 nights only. Had well-kept and brand-new room with balcony and wake-up service was available in it.

Had a wonderful stay with my family, we spent 3 nights here, everything was good. Appreciated newly decorated and decent sized twin/double room with balcony, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The location was wonderful, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Academy Bridge.

Decent sized and compact room with bathroom and sofa bed, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Central location, at a walking distance from a cathedral church. Really enjoyed charming area.

I had a nice experience here, everything was great, the location was brilliant very close to the vaporetto to-and-from Marco Polo airport, two vaporetto stops-one on the Grand Canal, and the Academia and the Zattere. Outstanding service, though a few employees where not very friendly. I was here for 2 nights and ate at attached restaurant for dinner-good food and service. The breakfast had lots of appetising food and drinks.

Everything was great, met the demands, and the staff where supper friendly people at all times. The room of place was a decent size and compact with a new bathroom-wonderful. It was a quaint hotel, nothing too much trouble, recommend;)))

Make sure to get twin/double room with the bedroom, romantic decoration and the garden. The staff are amiable and accommodating as well as the proprietor.

The location was stunning and brilliant, for example, a grand opera house was within easy walking distance of the hotel. Moreover, it's so close to San Marco, Venice and the train station. The room was airy and immaculate, had essentials, like a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets...

The staff was not very friendly.

Pleasant, fairly clean venue with best possible and brilliant location adjacent to the airport and Dorsoduro. Attentive, efficient staff with smiling face. Fast check in and OUTSTANDING service overall. Fairly nice experience there.

choose queen room with a new bathroom-wonderful. the staff were competent and provided marvellous service. the location was stunning and best possible, for example, museo leonardo da vinci was not too far from the hotel.

Management had a real "can do" approach. Moreover, free WiFi was handy.

We would love to stay here again if we go to Venice. Even the Marco Polo airport was not so far. Free Wi-Fi was a great addition.

the nearby restaurant, bar da gino, was as close as 200 feet from the hotel. of course, we can recommend it to all. we liked the fact that we chose agli alboretti.
